CHIMERA (THE ANCIENT FIRE OF NEW GODS)

The series is created to criticize the way we live today. The scenes of alienation from contemporary life aims to depict the intervention of the capitalist system and how we surrender to it. We have to reconnect with our "wild" side -our essence- to create real bonds, to share and to live a meaningful life.

Social transformations affect how art is produced and consumed. This project is created to take a stance against the commodification of the photographic image and its adaptation to the consumption aesthetics of the big art market.

Inspired by the myth of Chimera, these photographs are dedicated to those who never stop fighting for what they believe in and hold on to the fire within that burns constantly and never goes out.
